What makes a useful patient review?
Look beyond a single score. Consider whether a review describes the care received, how recently it was written, whether it relates to the location you’re considering, and whether the patient is reviewing a particular dentist or the dental practice as a whole. The dentist’s personal professional history and the office’s service history are different things.
A review cannot establish who is clinically qualified for a procedure. Verify a dentist’s professional license and specialist qualifications independently, and ask for a consultation before treatment.

Some online reviews evaluate scheduling, facilities and reception; others evaluate the treatment experience with a named clinician.
Where can I see patient case examples?
Ask for actual documented cases, including treatment context, realistic expectations and whether patient images are shared with permission.
What are my options if I need a second opinion?
You can request copies of your records and imaging and consult another qualified dental professional when considering significant care.
